Lead Credit Policy Below

Incorrect Information: If an incorrect name, phone number, or address details are provided to the Client, the Client is eligible for a lead credit. 

Contracted with a realtor: If the lead states they are contracted with a realtor, the Client is eligible for a lead credit. Clients must provide the realtor name.

Out of Area Lead: If the client receives a lead out of their service area. The Client is Eligible for a lead credit. 

When Will Leads Be Credited? Leads Will Be Credited at the 1st week of every month
